An online purchase from the online store lipicanaer.eu/en stores the data of a customer’s purchase in our database. The protection of personal data is described below under a specific point.

Lipican AER d.o.o. may, in the case of unsuitably weather conditions or other justifiable reasons, terminate the services on the day of the flight, and give a new possible date, which shall be notified to the customer as soon as possible.
The purchased service must be used by the customer within 12 months.
Purchase agreement between Lipican AER d.o.o. and the customer is concluded at the moment the seller confirms the order. From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to Lipican AER d.o.o. as for the customer. The customer is the person with the information given at the time of placing the order. Changing customer information is not possible later. By placing an order, the customer guarantees the accuracy of the information and at the same time confirms the terms and conditions and he/she irrevocably and exclusively acknowledges and accepts it as an integral part of his order.
The confirmed order or contract is located in electronic form at the registered office of Lipican AER d.o.o., Sečovlje 19, 6333 Sečovlje.
The costs associated with the use of the communication medium when ordering do not differ from the basic tariff.
All prices are in EUR and include VAT, which is clearly stated on the final invoice. Prices and other benefits (discounts …) are valid at the time of placing the order and are not pre-determined. Lipican AER reserves the right to daily changes of prices without prior notice.

Lipican AER d.o.o. will confirm within five business days that it has received the complaint and will inform the buyer how long it will process it and inform it of the progress of the process.
